Always when possible shoot your subject in raw so that you can go from the image on the left to the one on the right adjusting it none -
destructively in camera raw within Photoshop.
When trying to capture images that include liquid,use a speedlight rather than a strobe, as the flash duration is shorter
And with a bit of practice .................
